Last April 24 the bustling Pasay City was filled with families and specks of color because it was the final night of the Annual Aliwan Festival wherein the different provinces of the Philippines showcased their bests from delicacies to their craftsmanship they even showcased a wonderful street dance and also their muse, It was a real treat to be in one place but still experiencing the culture of the different provinces of the Philippines.
