I got out this morning for another test drive on my new gears. Good thing that the university is just a 15 minute walk from where I live :)

I got my new lens which is a Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro a lightweight compact telephoto zoom macro well not really macro but more of close-up but still awesome for photographers whose looking for a affordable telephoto zoom lens.

I'm gonna try this baby out today :D

More accessories for Canndice

I got my newest set of gears for Canndice namely the Kenko Pro 1D Circular Polarizer, Citiwide 720nm IR filter and a Benro A300 Ex tripod from Filters Exchange.

I could say that these babies are bang for a buck because not only they are effective but they used mostly by pro photographers.

I just can't wait to try these babies out tomorrow.

Edit: Here are some of my shots using these babies out. I regret that I haven't tried the IR filter yet because of the unpredictable weather.

Today's mood was a wee bit bluish because it rains and I couldn't shoot more photos oh well might as well be happy on how things came out.

Trinitarian Shoot

I had a great Thursday because I did a shoot for my elementary school for their year book. The shoot was a really great experience because I did remember my days a elementary student whose only satisfaction was to watch late-afternoon cartoons after school and a nice oatmeal bar. After the shoot I roamed around the campus and reunited with my past teachers and my school bus driver with whom I exchanged updates of how everyone's doing.

It was a very pleasant experience to go back in the school that I used to treat as my home.
